The article addresses Challenges and Innovations in Supply Management within the Comando Militar do Planalto, highlighting integrated strategies for logistic optimization in the Brazilian Army. The study aims to explore innovative practices in military logistics, such as routing, sustainability, and human well-being. The logistical challenges faced by the 11th Supply Depot include the complexity of land cargo transportation to various destinations, variations in the amount of supplies provided to the Military Organizations, and the need to plan adequate supply routes. The methodology adopted involved analyzing road infrastructure, traffic volume, highway conditions, location data, and terrain geometry to plan efficient routes. Periodic customer data and Military Units' stock levels were considered to determine the supply quantities to be provided. To optimize transportation resources, road routes were proposed to meet the challenging paths. Analyzing storage capacity and distances traveled allowed for identifying specific logistical challenges and proposing solutions to optimize supply distribution. The conclusion highlights the importance of integrated strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the demands of Military Organizations, promoting effective military supply management through the implementation of suitable routes and constant monitoring of customer needs.
