Abstract

Education, as a multifaceted process, encompasses both theoretical knowledge and the practical application of this knowledge. Effective teaching in secondary vocational education requires a balance between the two aspects to ensure a comprehensive and effective preparation of students. The article comments on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT-analysis) of theoretical practice classes and in relation to practical teaching, also indicates how these approaches can be optimized for better educational practices and results. The analysis was carried out in two aspects: both for students and for vocational teachers, and was supported by an exploratory survey.
