This study had the objective of characterizing the evolution of physiological maturity of 'BRS Morena', 'BRS Clara' and 'BRS Linda' seedless grapes grown under conditions of Sub-middle São Francisco Valley. The ripening evolution was monitored weekly after the change of color of the berries. The physical and physic-chemical properties evaluated were: bunch weight, berry diameter and length, pulp firmness, soluble solids (SS), titratable acidity (TA) and pH. The evolution of maturation was characterized by significant increase in bunch weight, diameter and length of berries, SS content and pH, and decrease in TA and pulp firmness and harvesting can be done from 95 days for cultivar 'BRS Morena'; 97 days for 'BRS Clara', and 103 days for 'BRS Linda'.
