Cystic nephroma (CN), is a rare renal lesion that shows bimodal age distribution and exhibits benign clinical features. It is observed primarily infants but rarely may occur in adults and it is more common in women than in men. CN is usually detected incidentally. In our case report, we presented a 55 year old male patient with pathological and radiological images with cystic nephroma who was operated for right renal mass found after hematuria.
