The article presents a case study of a 75‑year‑old man presented with an itchy lesion on the left groin for 1 year and his physical examination has revealed well‑demarcated erythematous plaque with lichenification and peripheral hypopigmentation. His biopsy was performed with a clinical suspicion of Bowen's disease or extramammary Paget disease. His immunohistochemistry showed Paget cells positive for cytokeratin, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and periodic acid‑Schiff (PAS).
