Abstract

The article focuses on a case of erosive pustular dermatosis of the leg (EPDL) in an elderly woman with chronic venous insufficiency. Topics include the clinical presentation and diagnosis of EPDL, its treatment with high-potency topical corticosteroids, and the differential diagnosis of similar conditions such as infections and squamous cell carcinoma.
