- Abstract
A case study of a 54‑year‑old immunocompetent man was admitted to the emergency unit due to shortness of breath, cough, and fever for a few days as a neurologist. Topics include chest computed tomography was performed for COVID‑19 infection, which showed bilaterally ground‑ glass and alveolar opacities; and Acute longitudinal extensive transverse myelitis (LETM) with necrotizing changes is a rare neurological complication of COVID‑19.
