Abstract

The article reports on arsenicosis which is rampant in India and Bangladesh. The skin manifestations of arsenicosis are pathognomonic. India and Bangladesh do not have the setup to follow the World Health Organization's (WHO) guideline of detection of arsenic level in drinking water. According to the article, dermatologists play a key role in case detection and subsequent management of arsenicosis.
