The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old woman diagnosed with facial cutaneous tuberculosis, visited with non-healing large plaque on her right face. Topics discussed include well-marginated, edematous, reddish brown plaque with a rough surface, irregular edges and mild scaling observed on dermatological examination, granulomatous infiltration was observed in skin biopsy, and positive to tuberculin test. It further informs about antituberculous therapy being prescribed to patient.
