Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old boy who received an undiluted triamcinolone acetonide suspension injection for a patch of vitiligo above his left eyebrow. The patient complained for blurred vision of his eyes and dizziness following the injection. Acute infarction in the corpus callosum of the patient was noted through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A diagnosis of occlusion in central retinal artery and cerebral infarction was made.
