Abstract

The article discusses the case of an ectopic recurrence of craniopharyngioma in a 24-year-old male patient who had headache and bitemporal hemianopia along with a suprasellar lesion. Topics discussed include findings on histopathological examination, reported incidence of local recurrence of craniopharyngiomas, and two defined mechanisms for the ectopic recurrences.
