Third ventricular craniopharyngioma.

Abstract

The article present the case studies of 50-year-old and 27-year-old men presented with intracranial headache. Topics discussed include the undergone of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which showed the lesion in the third ventricular region of the brain, the diagnosis on craniopharyngioma showed by the histopathological examination, and the importance of determining the exact location of the lesion for the different operative approach.
