The article presents a case of 32-year-old female presented with quadriparesis, diffuse abdominal pain and left lumbar mass for two months. She had a history of generalized seizures and her magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed multiple intradural masses, necrosis and calcification. It is stated that plexiform schwannoma (PS) and plexiform neurofibroma (PN) can be found in neurofibromatosis and schwannomatosis. Details on meningiomas and clinical implications for PS and PN are included.
