Abstract

In order to promote the application of strontium isotopes in the traceability of aquatic products, the method for the determination of stron tium isotope ratio was established based on indue lively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry technology (ICP-MS)・ After freeze-drying and grindings the tissue was digested by microwave. The strontium isotope ratio was determined by ICP-MS in the sample solution, using standard-sample-standard cross measurement method to reduce the influence of quality discrimination effect. The results showed that 80 μg/L standard for cross measurement can correct the quality discrimination effect accurately when the total strontium concentration between 70-100 μg/L in the sample solution. The intra-day precision was 0.06%, 0.03% and 0.03% respectively, and the inter-day precision was 0. 08 %, 0. 04% and 0. 03% of 84Sr/86 Sr,87Sr/86Sr and 88Sr/86Sr, respectively. The standard substances of prawns and scallops for biological component analysis were determined using the established method, and the relative standard deviations were less than 0. 1% of 84Sr/86SrSr/86Sr and Sr/" Sr. The established method is simple, fast and accurate, which can provide the foundation for the determination and the application of strontium isotope ratio in the traceability of aquatic products.
