Abstract

The article presents a study which examines the role of high-fat diet in the development of preeclampsia-like symptoms in pregnant rats. The study is investigated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and western blot. Results show that pregnant rats can suffer preeclampsia symptoms due to high-fat diets.
