- Abstract
The article focuses on how to improve efficiency of eradication efforts of the boll weevils. It notes on a study about diapausing boll weevils can be induced in manipulating their responses from Central Texas, hence, researchers have used the same method in examining host-free survival of weevils in two regions of the state. Moreover, findings suggests a need to focus on studying in overwintering environment in dealing this kind of research.
