The aim of the research is to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine the levels of internalizing the value of justice of the 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. The study group of the research consists of 272 students studying at a public high school (Anatolian High School) in the city center of Ankara in the 2022-2023 academic year. A computer-aided statistical software was used to analyze the data obtained from the research. It was determined that the 35-item draft scale, which was initially applied to 165 students, showed a 6-factor structure through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Then, to test the compatibility of this 6-factor structure with the sample, the renewed form was applied to 107 more students and as a result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), a new scale structure consisting of 3 factors and 22 items was obtained by combining some factors. Cronbach's alpha value for the entire scale was calculated as 0.85. The new scale structure obtained gave good and satisfactory results in terms of both Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) goodness of fit tests, factor loadings, item analyzes and reliability level. It is thought that the scale will be useful in determining the level of internalization of the value of justice by high school students and in improving value education practices.
