Abstract: The correction notice in the journal "Frontiers in Oncology" addresses errors in Figures 3B, C, 4E, F, and 7A, B of the article "Exogenous let-7a-5p induces A549 lung cancer cell death through BCL2L1-mediated PI3K signaling pathway." Due to difficulties in distinguishing between intervention groups during image selection, the original data associated with these results are no longer available. Independent repeat experiments were conducted, and the updated figures show consistent outcomes with the initial findings. The authors acknowledge the errors and confirm that the scientific conclusions of the article remain unchanged.
