Title: Indicators of Social Quality: Outcomes of the European Scientific Network.

Abstract: The article provides information on the Network Indicators of Social Quality project that focuses on the process of establishing social quality indicators. This has been the project of the European Foundation on Social Quality that was supported by the European Commission. The author discusses the four basin conditions that determine the opportunities available for the processes or development of social relations. The conditional factors for social quality include socio-economic security, social cohesion, social inclusion and social empowerment.
