The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old female patient who underwent proton therapy for stage III Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). Following computed tomography, the patient received proton therapy at a reduced radiation dose to protect various vital organs at risk (OAR) for 14 days and presented in remission at a 15 month follow-up with no side effects.
