: Technological resources can be effective in mitigating and treating various diseases. The objective of this study is to demonstrate technological tools used to improve the physical and mental health of the population, in order to guide future interventions with this population. The search was carried out in LILACS, MEDLINE, PEDro, SciELO and Science Direct electronic databases. As an inclusion criterion, the PICO (s) strategy was adopted. The search resulted in 76 articles, and after all the selection steps, five met the requirements for this review. All works selected intervention proposal through available technological tools, and in three studies it was necessary to use a cell phone to access apps, such as: COPe, BePrepared and SMART Eating. Several adaptations related to the technological system used in hospitals or health centers were investigated, whose objective was to analyze mental well-being, physical capacity, apps usability, alcohol consumption and food quality. Therefore, the survey of information indicates that the use of technology is beneficial to users of health systems.
