Abstract

The article describes the Graph Choice Chart (GCC), which is a tool developed to assist science students in deciding what type of graph they should create to illustrate their data. Topics discussed include the importance of students writing a research question as part of the GCC, the use of graphs to show correlation, and the different types of graphs that can be used, including bar graphs, scatterplots, and pie charts.
