Abstract

The article discusses transformation of Turkish chemicals regulations. Topics discussed include trade in chemicals between the European Union (EU) and Turkey, the Association Agreement (Ankara Agreement) between the European Economic Community (EEC) and Turkey; and the Turkish By-Law on Inventory and Control of Chemicals.
