Abstract

Evaluates the use of the pearl millet Pennisetum glaucum monodii germplasm in increasing dry matter yield and extending the growing period of forage hybrids. Consistence in superior late-season production; Variation in the production of dry matter; Presence of genes enhancing the level and distribution of yield.
