Objectives: This article aims to share the experiment of implementing Gymnastics for All - GFA at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso - IFMT, Octayde Jorge da Silva campus, for high school students. Methodology: The experience is presented as qualitative-descriptive. The locus of the experiment was the Physical Education classes of the Integrated High School. The subjects were the students enrolled in the five Gymnastics classes, in the 2019 school year, totaling 103 students. Results and discussion: It was possible to make accessible and demonstrate the versatility of GPT in the school environment, considering that its practice, in addition to exploring elements of body culture and Gymnastics modalities, also promotes integration and creativity among participants. Final Thoughts: Working with GPT proved to be a unique opportunity, in a region where Gymnastics for All is still little experienced.
