In order to improve the high value-added application of hemp cellulose > the hemp fiber was dissolved in the solvent system of lithium chloride/N and N-dimethylacetamide (LiCl/DMAc) to obtain cellulose solution, which was blended with polyacrylonitrile solution to obtain electrostatic spinning solution, thereby preparing nanofibers containing hemp cellulose* The dissolution process of hemp cellulose was optimized, by single factor and. orthogonal experiment* The results show that the best process for dissolving hemp cellulose in LiCl/DMAc solvent system is as follows: LiCl mass fraction is 12%, the solid-liquid ratio of hemp to LiCl/DMAc solvent is 1 :180, heating temperature is 120 °C and heating time is 3 h. The diameter of nanofibers prepared by electrospinning method is 200 ~ 280 nm, the breaking strength is (5. 51 ± 0. 42) cN, and the breaking elongation is (12. 97 ± 7. 42) %. The nanofiber membrane has smooth surface uniform fiber diameter distribution and excellent mechanical properties which provides some reference for dissolving cellulose and provides a basis for the research and development of new nano fibers containing hemp cellulose.
