- Abstract
In order to remove the grease of knitted, grey fabric oil pollution was simulated oil contaminated fabrics were prepared, and high-efficiency degreasing agents were synthesized for the pretreatment of knitted, grey fabric based, on the main components of oil pollution. The whiteness instrument and infrared spectrometer were adopted to analyze the chemical composition of simulated oil contaminated samples and oil contaminated samples from company, basic properties and contact angles of home-made Oil removal agents were tested, the effect of oil removal agents concentration on the surface tension were examined washing efficiency of YR9 and oil removal agent from company was analyzed the surface variations of fabric were investigated, by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the chemical compositions of simulated oil contaminated sample and oil contaminated sample from company are similar, R9 and YR9 agents exhibit superior properties compare with other agents and YR9 agent has the lowest contact angleagent concentration has little impact on surface tension, the surface tension of YR9 agent is the lowest when the agent concentration is 2 g/L or 5 g/L, the washing efficiency of YR9 is up to 82. 13%, significantly better than oil removal agent from company SEM results further indicate the oil pollution change on the fabrics before and after cleaning.
