The article presents a study on the use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in the growth and physiology of soursop rootstocks. Different treatments were established, including native and commercial AMF, as well as controls with and without chemical fertilization. The treatment with native AMF showed the best results in terms of growth and mycorrhizal colonization. This study suggests that the inoculation of AMF can accelerate the growth of soursop rootstocks. Additionally, the benefits of AMF inoculation in other fruit species such as cherimoya and papaya are explored.
