Abstract

The article presents a study which investigates the impact of timber-harvesting practices on the juvenile wood frogs (Lithobates sylvaticus) movements. The study made use of a chronosequence of stands to assess the effect of stand age to habitat permeability to movements. The result of the study shows that habitat permeability between the 20-year-old regeneration and the mature forest had no significant differences.
