Abstract

The Civil Code, the fundamental rule of the private law system, was built based on three structuring principles, one of them being ethics, which applies to all its institutes and institutions. Nevertheless, the content of the aforementioned principle is present, especially, in legal entities, in their normative provisions; in their constitutional protection, based on the preservation of the dignity human; in the footing for the consideration of their existence, which is conditioned to the observance of ethics in the use of the legal entity by its owners, which is evident in the application of the bigger theory of the disregard of legal entity, as well as the ethical-normative assessment of its use, evident in the hypotheses of the application of the minor theory of the disregard of legal entity.
