Abstract: This paper summarizes the results of the research project entitled "Administration of Justice in Nariño Phase III", which dealt inquire about the judgments in ward process, administrative litigation justice, labor law, family law and equity between 2007-2010, the controversial nature of the cases, more frequent plaintiffs and operated, the rights claimed, the claims that prompted the legal action and judicial trends of justice administrators, through the Regional Justice Observatory, with the objective to continuous improvement of the judicial officials, litigants and law schools of this region.
