Abstract

The monograph of the Catalan Journal of Environmental Law focuses on Circular Economy and Local Entities, addressing the management of municipal waste. The research project funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation seeks to support local entities in the implementation of circular economy policies. The implications of the Waste and Contaminated Soil Law for a circular economy in local entities are analyzed, highlighting instruments such as waste management programs, ordinances, and specific fees.
