Abstract: The author discusses the move by the journal to use on its cover the art works belonging to the Museum of Contemporary Art collection of the Universidade de São Paulo (MAC-USP) in Brazil. He cites the efforts by various museums in the world to prevent forgery of art works, particularly paintings. He announces the decision by the journal to use the iThenticate software to prevent art fraud.
