Abstract

This research is used to identify and find out the misconceptions (factors misconceptions and given solutions) at biology education students on the concept of health biotechnology. By using CRI (Certainty of Response Index), interview data and theoretical studies. The findings show that quite a lot of student have misconceptions. The factors that cause students to experience misconceptions are abstract concepts and information from print media, internet, teaching staff, and colleagues.
