- Abstract
The oil and fat industry plays an important role in the global food industry. Numerous researchers have focused on increasing efficiency, reducing energy consumption and improving the quality of the oil obtained. This study proposes the use of additional modulation to regulate the speed of screws in press equipment, which contributes to increasing energy efficiency and improving the final product quality. Optimizing the operation of screw screws allows you to achieve a high level of productivity, while reducing unproductive energy consumption. In addition, such a system increases the sensitivity and adaptability of the equipment to changes in the work process. It also provides the ability to record and analyze data, which contributes to high-quality monitoring and effective maintenance of electromechanical components. The system software contains intelligent algorithms and control logic that analyze information from sensors and create precise signals for controlling the drives. This allows you to maintain basic operating parameters, such as speed and torque, with maximum accuracy. The algorithms take into account the load, environmental conditions and energy efficiency indicators, which allows you to optimize control processes and reduce energy consumption. In addition, the system can use modern machine learning methods to continuously improve its algorithms. This helps to increase the accuracy of settings and ensures high energy efficiency. Automated control has a number of advantages: it allows auger screws to operate at maximum performance with minimal energy loss, increases the adaptability of the equipment to changing operating conditions and loads, and also provides high-quality monitoring and proper maintenance through data analysis.
