Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 23-year-old woman who was diagnosed with fecaloma after being admitted to her family doctor due to hard and swollen abdomen. It mentions that the patient has recovered after being treated with laparoscopic low anterior resection with manual colo-anal anastomosis and protective ileostomy on his rectum and sigmoid colon.
