Abstract

The article focuses on the changing ethnic patterns with emphasis on the increasing percentages of educated Black and Hispanics in Orlando, Florida. The author mentions that by 2030, the Hispanic and Black population will increase and will likely to demand a share on political power. This growing population finds its voice in the local government as well as in Orlando's overall image will likely to occur.
