It delves into the distinction between lowercase "deaf" and uppercase "Deaf," highlighting the cultural and linguistic significance of sign language for Deaf individuals. The narrative also discusses the role of Deaf interpreters in facilitating communication and the unique expressive qualities of American Sign Language (ASL).
