Abstract

The article focuses on the study about the analysis of the two encoding azoreductase homologes such as AzrB and AzrC from Bacillus species B29. It states that the azoreductases are categorized into two families based on their molecular weight and cofactor requirement. It mentions that azoreductases prefer NADPH as their electron donor. It also examines the enzymatic properties of the two azoreductases.
