Abstract

The article focuses on the study of isolated bacillus and paenibacillus bacterial strains that produced molecules of cyclic isomaltooligosaccharides (CIs). CIs are watered-soluble cyclic oligosaccharides that comprises of D-glucoses. After deep examination, CI-10 is discovered to have key inclusion complex-forming ability. It notes that the finding of the study could be useful for the production of CI-10 enzyme.
