Abstract: The aricle presents proposals to change the proposal to change the author, place, and date of publication Actinidiaceae, Eucommiaceae, Lardizabalaceae, Melanthiaceae, Primulaceae and Theaceae. The factors considered include certainty in the year of the publication, additional studies and adoption of the original name used in previous publications. It is noted that these names are in use by the Angiosperm Phylogeny Group classificaiton for the orders and families of flowering plants.
