Objective: To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for management of inter-hospital transport in patients undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO). Methods:The relevant literature regarding the management of inter-hospital transport in patients undergoing ECMO was retrieved in Chinese and foreign databases and related official websites. Literature quality was evaluated according to literature evaluation standards and evidence was extracted. Results:A total of 15 literature was included, involving 4 guidelines, 3 systematic reviews, 3 cohort studies, 1 cross-sectional study, and 4 expert consensuses. A total of 28 pieces of best evidence for management of inter - hospital transport in patients undergoing ECMO were summarized, including 6 aspects with transport decision - making, transfer team construction, equipment consumables management, transfer implementation, transfer adverse events and quality control and training. Conclusions:Medical staff converted evidence into standardized management plan of inter-hospital transport in patients undergoing ECMO according to actual situation, which is beneficial for improving quality of transportation and ensuring patient safety.
