Objective: To construct the exercise behavior nursing intervention scheme for osteoporosis patients based on IMB model, in order to provide systematic and standardized exercise behavior intervention measures for osteoporosis patients. Methods: Under the theoretical guidance of IMB model, the first draft of intervention plan was formulated through literature review and group discussion, and the final intervention plan was formed by Delphi expert consultation. Results: Two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted in this study. The expert authority coefficient was 0. 87. In the first round of expert correspondence consultation, the Kendall coordination coefficients of the importance of first, second and third indicators were 0. 064, 0. 164 and 0. 147, respectively(P<0. 001). In the second round of expert correspondence consultation, the Kendall coordination coefficients of the importance of first, second and third indicators were 0. 078, 0. 247, 0. 324 respectively(P<0. 001). The constructed intervention schemes included 3 first-level items, 13 second-level items and 60 third-level items. Conclusion: The constructed exercise behavior nursing intervention scheme for osteoporosis patients was scientific, reliable and practical. It can provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
