Abstract

Objective: To focus on the connotation,characteristics and application status of various types of knowledge translation theory models at home and abroad,to conduct a scope review on the update of existing theoretical models in the field of knowledge translation and the research progress, and to provide references for clinical health care professionals to select appropriate theoretical models for evidence⁃based practice. Methods: The models used in the field of knowledge translation were searched in PubMed，Web of Science，EMbase， CNK I，CBM，and W anfang Da ta，the sea rch tim e was from the da tabase establishment to November 2021. Information on the content characteristics and application scope of each model was extracted，and a scope review was conducted. Results：Totally 14 evidence⁃based practice models were eventually included，with 41 full⁃text documents，15 content descriptions of the models，and 26 clinical applications of the models. Conclusions：Clinical health care professionals should select appropriate knowledge translation theory models according to the research directions of evidence⁃based practice programs to promote the sustainability，effectiveness，and normalization of best evidence⁃based evidence⁃based practice in clinical work,in order to improve patient outcomes.
