Abstract

Based on the analysis of the development status quo and connotation of integrated care, this article reviewed the integrated care models in 6 countries (United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Japan, Thailand, and Ireland) and obstacles, and contributing factors of integrated care practice, in order to provide a reference for improving the elderly care services system in China.
