- Abstract
Objective： To construct a set of sensitive quality index system for hospitalized stroke patients, which was suitable for China's national conditions and clinical practice, and to analyze the problems related to the construction of the existing nursing sensitive quality indexes. Methods： Based on the methods of evidence-based analysis, literature review, theoretical basis, qualitative interview and expert consultation, the sensitive quality index system of stroke care was constructed. Results: The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire were 100, 0% and 90. 5%，respectively. The expert enthusiasm was high. The expert authority coefficient was 0. 889, and the coordination coefficient test showed 尸＜0. 001. Finally，the sensitive quality index system of stroke care was constructed， including three first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 14 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The constructed sensitive quality index system of stroke care was scientific and reasonable，which can be used to evaluate the nursing quality of patients with stroke.
