Abstract

Objective: To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of fertility anxiety in patients with breast cancer during reproductive stage, and to provide theoretical basis for implementing the relevant interventions. Methods: From November 2015 to November 2016, 423 patients with breast cancer during reproductive stage were selected by cluster sampling method. And the investigation was carried out by using Reproductive Concerns After Cancer. Results: The total score of fertility anxiety was (59.34± 3.64) points among breast cancer patients at reproductive stage. And the results of multiple linear steppuide regression analysis showed that these aspects entered the regression equation, including ethnicity, education level, fertility willing, number of children, and whether or not adopting fertility protection measures, which could jointly explain 32.70% of the variation of fertility anxiety. Conclusions: Breast cancer patients in the reproductive stage had high levels of fertility anxiety. And we should pay attention to these patients, who maybe have higher education level, childless, childbearing desire and without reproductive protection measures. It showed that the medical department should implement corresponding reproductive protection measures for breast cancer patients with reproductive needs in the future.
