Abstract

"Transformation" has been a prevalent term in various sectors nationwide for almost ten years, yet its direction and objectives remain ambiguous. The COVID-19 Pandemic that ravaged the globe in the last three years has not only intensified the realization of the necessity to "transform" the world's development approach, but also imparted a better comprehension of the direction and objectives of "transformation". This catastrophic event illustrates the degradation of the environment, highlighting the need to preserve the earth's ecological systems to ensure humanity's survival. The direction and task of the transformation in architecture as a built environment is unambiguous, and the author explores the direction and way of architecture based on historical and scientific knowledge.
