Abstract

In this article, the author addresses the following three questions: (1) "Why develop global leaders in India?" (2) "What are the competencies that Indian leaders need to thrive in this context?" and (3) "How do we develop these competencies in Indian leaders?" More simply put, the article is on the why, what, and how of global leadership development.
