Abstract

The article presents a study which examined the full-time and part-time employment for individuals with visual impairments, as well as underemployment and involuntary part-time work in the U.S. Also cited are the use of the 2019 American Community Survey (ACS) data in the study, and how studying the facets of employment can help in developing employment policies and programs for people with visual disabilities.
